We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team and lead the design and development of innovative digital products

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs and business objective

Lead the design and development of user interfaces for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications

Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions and optimise the user experience

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritise features

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them to develop their product design skills and grow as creative professionals

Deliver user-centric design solutions that meet or exceed user needs and business objectives

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development process

Inspire and mentor junior designers to achieve their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the design team

Contribute to the agencys reputation as a leader in product design through the creation of outstanding design work and innovative solutions

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
